The most ridiculous exercise I’ve ever seen

The folks over at ExRx have a fantastic collection of weight-training exercises and related information. One of them in particular caught my attention. Let’s take a look at the Weighted Donkey Calf Raise:
“Place toes and balls of feet on calf block with arches and heels extending off. With arms on supports, bend over at hips with torso parallel to floor. Straighten knees. Allow training partner to mount hips or lower back from bench.”
Whoa, whoa, whoa… “Allow training partner to mount hips?!?”
Fortunately, for those of you who may have difficulties imagining what this must look like, they have a helpful animation to clear things up.
Wow.
So, who wants to mount, er, jump on the Donkey Calf Raise bandwagon?
